JBT FoodTech markets its solutions and services to multi-national and regional industrial food processing companies. JBT AeroTech markets its solutions and services to domestic and international airport authorities, passenger airlines, air freight and ground handling companies and the United States military.

JBT Corporation became an independent publicly-traded company on August 1, 2008 following a tax-free spin-off from FMC Technologies (NYSE: FTI).

JBT Corporation is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol "JBT".

We anticipate that we will pay cash dividends on our common stock following the spin-off. JBT will start with a quarterly dividend of $ 0.07 per share. The declaration and amount of future dividends, if any, will be determined by our Board of Directors and will depend on our financial condition, earnings, capital requirements, financial covenants, regulatory constraints, industry practice and other factors our Board of Directors deems relevant.
