JBT Corporation became an independent publicly-traded company on August 1, 2008 following a tax-free spin-off from FMC Technologies (NYSE: FTI).

We anticipate that we will pay cash dividends on our common stock following the spin-off. JBT will start with a quarterly dividend of $ 0.07 per share.
